Content on this site is provided for general information about Gekonova’s products and services. You may not reproduce, resell or misrepresent this content as your own without permission.

Software & SDK licensing

BioWavePass and related SDKs are provided as licensed, compiled packages, consistent with how the underlying recognition algorithm is licensed. Use of the SDK is subject to the licence terms provided at the time of integration, including update and support conditions.

Hardware warranty & support

Hardware devices are covered by the warranty and support terms set out in your purchase or partnership agreement, including defined response targets for critical issues and direct replacement for hardware faults.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gekonova is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or general product information published here. Liability under a specific client agreement is governed by the terms of that agreement.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page applies to website use from the date shown above.
